2. Use of adequate equipment in production and assembling processes
The equipment is checked for proper functioning in regular intervals. The measuring equipment (etalons) is calibrated in due time by an authorized institution.

3. Adequate working conditions
All production activities are in closed spaces and the production plants are heated during winter period.

4. Compliance with rules, regulations and standards
Documentation is approved by all major classification societies and complies with main standards (DIN, ISO, etc.)

5. Supervision and inspection of processes during production and assembly

  • Inspection of items from suppliers
  • Inspection of items when transfered between production units
  • Inspection of items during production
  • Mechanical tests of forgings, castings, profiles, as well as welding test samples
  • Non-compliance reports and corrective measures
  • Classification societies provide manufacturer certificates for relevant items
  • A final classification society certificate is included for main engines or deck cranes

6. After sales
